‘Four’ Mirror Orange

The ‘Four’ Mirror in Orange is a sculptural ceramic piece handmade by the Said sisters, whose atelier treats the mirror not as a functional object but as a small canvas for glaze and pattern. This larger iteration of their original design is meticulously hand-glazed in a whimsical checkered motif, produced only in a limited series.

Its name, meaning “oven” in reference to the kiln that gives ceramic its permanence, honours the fire and patience behind every piece. No two mirrors emerge quite alike, each one bearing the faint, luminous variations that only a hand-glazed surface can hold.
