Rose Spice Pine

Rose Spice Pine belongs to the Objekti collection, made with Mexican artisan families who still practise Pre-Columbian pottery techniques passed down through generations. It stands among the studio’s most ambitious two-colour pieces, both in complexity and in time invested.

Hand-carved in clay with a glazed rose spice finish achieved through copper sulphate glazing and multiple firings, Rose Spice Pine varies slightly in shape and shade from piece to piece, bespoke colours available on request. A two-colour masterpiece and one-of-a-kind collectible, its lid features over thirty handmade cones, and the vessel takes about a month to create as over one hundred rose buds are shaped and applied one by one.
