Shalimar Art Panel

Inspired by an 18th-century Chintz, the Shalimar Art Panel by House of Kandadu is crafted from diverse fabrics appliquéd onto a natural linen ground. A flourishing Tree of Life rises from a mound, announcing the arrival of spring with blooming flowers and abundant fruits, while a graceful border branches from pots placed at each of the four corners. Rich in texture and artisanal detail, the composition celebrates the enduring beauty of Indian textile traditions, and the linen ground lends the panel the character of a treasured fragment from another era. Each piece is unique due to its handmade nature, shapes and shades may vary.
