Shell Mirror Round

In Stephen Antonson’s Brooklyn studio, plaster is handled the way a painter handles pigment — brushed on in layers, then carved and sanded back until each surface holds its own soft, uneven light, earning him the title “master of plaster” from Architectural Digest.

A rounder reading of the Shell mirror, this version is finished in plaster, available in solid bronze, bespoke colours and dimensions.
